Samsung who is looking to bounce back to the game is set to launch its new phone Samsung Galaxy S8 today. Samsung had announced the date of launch during the Mobile World Congress 2017 (#MWC17) at the start of this month. This could be one of the biggest phone launches after the year where Samsung will be looking to make a blast, not literally. Stay tuned to this page for updates on all the features and the devices final looks as it reveled.
The Samsung S8 will be available in two versions, its not explosive and non- explosive. The S8 and S8 Plus as they are known right now sporting 5.7inch and 6.2inch respectively non- explodable versions.  They company has now removed the hardware buttons on the front and the fingerprint sensor is now located on the back like Google’s Pixel. Another major change you will experience on the Super AMOLED QHD display is the aspect ratio of the screen which is now 2:1 (18:9) and would be a bit tough to settle at from the standard 16:9 ratio.
According to the rumors Samsung will also launch its own assistant to compete with Alexa, Google Assistant, etc called Bixby. Also to be launched along with the S8 is the Gear 360 camera and DeX dock which have been in rumors too. DeX dock gives you the ability to convert your Samsung S8 into an desktop computer.

The event is set to start at 9.30pm IST and to be hosted at New York and London respectively for the media.
